E Komo Mai to the 2026-20267 school year! My name is Jennifer Welsch and I am the Parent Community Networking Center (PCNC) Facilitator. As PCNC, my role is to help support engaging partnerships between the home, school, and community in support of student academic achievement. Communication is vital and I strive to provide important information in the monthly newsletter, on the EMMS website, through social media, and directly via e-mails and text message as required.
