Student Information Update Form, Government Issued Identification (such as current Driver's License or State ID) and supporting documents can be submitted in person, mailed, e-mailed to (g-296-em-registration@k12.hi.us) or faxed to our school at (808) 685-2052.

Free/Reduced-Price Meals - Apply Online at ezmealapp.com
Starting in the 2025-26 school year, students who qualify for reduced-price meals will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day but check to see if you qualify as information derived from the application impacts eligibility for other school programs, such as bus transportation and Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (Summer EBT) food assistance.
Only ONE 2025 - 2026 application per household is needed for free and reduced price meal benefits.
