2016 Spelling Bee Winner!

Please congratulate Ethan Morrell from Team 7C as the winner of Ewa Makai's Spelling Bee!  It was a very competitive spelling bee with many talented spellers this year.  Ethan was finally able to clutch victory when runner up, Josh Unay from Team 7A, failed to spell the word, "Assailant".  Ethan and Josh will now be representing Ewa Makai Middle School and our tiger spirit at the district Spelling Bee in January.
Principal Oshiro, Mrs. Morrell, VP Martin and VP Nishimitsu all congratulate Ethan Morrell on his victory.

"We Will Miss You!" Assembly

Principal Oshiro was sent off with a memorable assembly last Thursday, December 15th celebrating his many years with the DoE.  He has enriched the lives of his students and staff throughout the many years of his service and will be dearly missed!
